To apply for individual business registration at Hometax, you must log in first. In general, joint certificate login or simple authentication login is performed.
The joint certificate is the same as the old public certificate. Simple authentication is private authentication, and you can log in using KakaoTalk, Naver, or bank certificates. If you have not yet issued any of these, please proceed with issuing a certificate.

📍 Next, enter basic business information. First, enter the opening date. (Business start date or scheduled start date)
📍 Enter the business type selection. (General/simplified/tax-exempt/non-corporate religious organizations/non-business operators other than religious organizations)
📍 Simple taxpayers are individual businesses whose annual supply is less than 80 million won.
📍 If you are just starting out, you can do it as a simple taxpayer.
📍 However, if you meet the conditions below, you may be issued a business application as a general taxpayer even if you apply as a simplified taxpayer.

In the case of industries and regions excluded from simplified service by the Enforcement Decree of the Value Added Tax Act
Where the annual cost of supply is expected to be 80 million won (48 million won in the case of real estate rental business and taxable entertainment places) or more

Check the result of business registration application
Once you have completed your business registration application, you now need to wait for approval. In general, if you have applied for business registration at HomeTax online, it will take about 1 to 3 days at the earliest.
You can check the processing result of the work you have applied for by entering the complaint processing result and clicking the result inquiry. After the results are submitted, business registration certificates and other documents can be issued. This, too, can all be processed at the online home tax.
