I received an answer from the customer center to request a refund from the Google Play Store. I proceeded with the Google Play Store refund as instructed. There is a saying that the more difficult it is, the more basic it is. If you are curious about how to refund the Google Play Store, you can take a look at the refund policy. If you go to the address above, you can see detailed information related to refunds.
In fact, this is what I received when I contacted the customer care center of the app I paid for. It’s annoying to read all the contents of the address above, so I’ll explain it briefly here.
The part to look at carefully after entering the site at the address above is the part in the picture above. If it has been less than 48 hours since purchasing the app or in-app, there is a [refund request] below with a reminder that you can request a refund. click on this

Go to refund request
This is the screen that appears when you click [Refund Request]. Click [Continue] at the bottom right.
You will then be prompted to confirm the account you used to make the purchase. You will see the account used in the blue shaded area in the picture above. Confirm the account, select [Yes], and then press [Continue].
Your purchase details will appear. Select the purchase details you wish to refund, then click [Continue].
Next comes choosing a reason. After selecting a reason that suits your situation, click [Continue] at the bottom right.
A window will appear asking you to review the refund you selected and what problems have occurred. If you want to review the contents here and report any problems that have occurred, write the contents and click [Refund Request] at the bottom to complete the refund request.
If you enter the address introduced at the beginning, there is a button called [Check the processing status of the refund request] under the refund request. You can check the status of your refund request by clicking on it. If you want to jump right in, use the shortcut below.

The Account Verification window will pop up again. Check if the account is correct, and if so, select [Yes, Continue] and click [Continue] at the bottom.
Then the refund under review appears. I have previously completed a refund, so the review completion is also displayed. If you want to see the current refund process, select [Under Review] and click [Continue] at the bottom.
Then, it shows a list of items under review and their amount. Refunds will be answered within 4 days of request, so we recommend that you wait patiently.
