Integration and reorganization of the existing 6* elderly care services into ‘customized care services for the elderly’ (implemented in January 2020)
* ①Basic elderly care service, ②Comprehensive elderly care service, ③Short-term housekeeping service, ④Initial independence support project for seniors living alone, ⑤Project to revitalize social relations for seniors living alone, ⑥Project for linking community resources
Providing appropriate care services to vulnerable seniors who have difficulty leading daily lives, ensuring a stable life in old age, maintaining the function and health of the elderly, and preventing deterioration
Elderly people over 65 years of age who are recipients of basic livelihood security, the next-lowest class, or basic pension recipients who need care, such as those living alone or in households with grandparents (selected according to priority through the target selection tool*)
* Target selection tool: Investigate vulnerability factors in the physical, mental, and social participation areas to determine whether to select a target and the scope of service provision time, etc.
* Relatives: Spouse, blood relative within the 8th degree, relative within the 4th degree.
** Interested parties: Neighbors and other related persons excluding relatives
Provides various services in the fields of safety support, social participation, life education, and daily life directly or in conjunction with the service provision plan.
Diversification of provision types such as visit type, outpatient type (group program), etc.
* Service content, provision time, provision cycle, etc. are determined depending on the level of care desire and need of each subject.
* Separate specialized services for reclusive and depressed elderly people
