Why does the Rinnai gas stove flame come out red?
1. Are you not using a humidifier?
The color of the flame may turn red due to moisture.
Turn off the humidifier and ventilate.
2. Are there any foreign substances stuck in the burner head or burner body?
Clean using soft dry brushes (be careful of burns)
3. Haven’t you moved yet?
If you previously used LNG (city gas) and just connected it to LPG, be sure to! You must contact the service center to have the nozzle replaced. (paid)
When and how to replace Rinnai gas range batteries
The battery replacement cycle varies depending on usage conditions, but is approximately one year.
If there is no spark sound or is slow when you press the button, if the fire extinguishes immediately after ignition, if the battery notification lamp flashes or lights up, or if a beeping sound sounds during use, the battery needs to be replaced.
Batteries are usually located on the front or back of the product and may vary depending on the product.

AS-related travel expenses
-Applies to cases where on-site repairs are requested for products whose quality warranty period has expired, and our company charges 18,000 won for on-site repairs regardless of the product type.
However, 22,000 won will be charged for visits made between 18:00 on weekdays and 08:00 the next day, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
– For applications received on weekends and public holidays, the engineer in charge will contact you and visit you sequentially on weekdays.
