– Recipients of livelihood, medical, housing, and education benefits under the National Basic Livelihood Security Act
– Legally lower class according to the National Basic Livelihood Security Act
* Next-lowest class: Next-lowest self-sufficiency, next-lowest out-of-pocket expense reduction recipient, next-lowest disabled person, issuance of next-lowest class confirmation certificate
– Those eligible for support under Article 5 and Article 5-2 of the Single-Parent Family Support Act
– Support period: Vouchers are paid from January 1st of the year you turn 9 to December 31st of the year you turn 24 years old.
※ Supported vouchers must be used by December 31 of the relevant year, and any remaining vouchers expire in full on January 1 of the following year.
※ If you are excluded from voucher support due to a change in qualifications, all remaining vouchers will be forfeited regardless of use.
You can freely purchase health hygiene products (sanitary pads, tampons, etc.) for women and adolescents with a voucher. * No need to reissue if you already have a National Happiness Card.
