The warranty period for IQOS Illuma products is 6 months from the date of purchase.
When registering as a member of the IQOS website / registering the device, the warranty period is +6 months, for a total of 12 months.
If proof of purchase date cannot be provided, it is assumed to be 9 months from the date of manufacture.
Conventional product with blades
The warranty period for IQOS products is 12 months from the date of purchase.

How does IQOS A/S service work?
If a product defect occurs within the warranty period, it will be exchanged for an identical product free of charge. Repair service is not provided. In the case of IQOS with blades, blade damage due to customer negligence can be exchanged once within the warranty period only if the device has been registered.

What is the warranty period for the exchanged product?
If the remaining warranty period of the existing product with a defect is more than 3 months as of the exchange date, it will be maintained as the remaining warranty period of the existing product. If it is less than 3 months, the warranty period of the exchanged product will be calculated as 3 months.
