– Under 18 years old: 20% discount on withdrawal fee
– Age 65 and older: Fee waived for use during business hours, 20% discount for use outside business hours
The withdrawal method is as follows. If you click ‘Deposit and Withdraw’ to withdraw first, you can select the type of withdrawal service. Click the withdrawal service you want to use. I had to withdraw money by card, so I opted for credit card withdrawal and put the card in.
Then enter the amount you wish to withdraw. You can select in units of 100,000 won. For other amounts, click ‘Other’ and enter the desired amount! Withdrawals can be made in tens of thousands of won. Check the voice phishing guide. There are a lot of warnings related to phishing these days, probably because there is a lot of phishing damage.

Kookmin Bank provides ATM/window withdrawal service! This is a service where you apply for withdrawal from the mobile app and enter the 6-digit number from the app into the ATM to find money after authentication. Please note that you can only withdraw up to 100,000 won!
Wait here! What if I forget to take my money from the ATM and someone else takes my money?
Taking someone else’s money from an ATM machine is a crime of ‘theft’, just like taking items from someone else’s wallet. Theft is punishable by up to six years in prison or a fine of up to 10 million won.
