[Seasoning sauce] 4T soy sauce, 2T brown sugar, 1T cheongju
■ How to make
[Prepare ingredients]
1. Slice the garlic. / Chop the garlic cloves into small pieces. / Chop the green chili peppers and red chili peppers into similar sizes. / Chop the walnuts coarsely.
2. Remove the blood from the minced pork with a paper towel.
3. [Seasoning sauce] Mix 4T of soy sauce, 2T of brown sugar, and 1T of cheongju.

1. Coat a pan with cooking oil and fry the sliced garlic to make garlic oil.

■ Cooking Ingredients
350 ml walnuts, 1/2 apple, 1/2 carrot, 3T plain yogurt, 2 eggs, 40g butter, a little salt
[Lemon Cream Cheese] 30g butter, 6T cream cheese, 1T honey, 1t lemon juice
■ How to make
[Making Walnut Bread]
1. Melt 30g butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. 2. Add 300ml of walnuts, 1/2 apple, 1/2 carrot, 3T of plain yogurt, 2 eggs, and 30g of melted butter to the blender and blend.
(*You can use leftover vegetables from your refrigerator such as potatoes, bananas, and broccoli instead of apples and carrots!)
3. Add a small amount of chopped walnuts (50ml) to the dough and mix.
4. Coat a heat-resistant container with 10g of butter and pour the dough into it.
5. Spread the dough evenly and gently tap the bottom of the container to remove air bubbles, then microwave for 8 minutes.
[Making Lemon Cream Cheese]
1. Melt 30g of butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
2. Add 6T of cream cheese to the butter and quickly stir with a spoon to break up any lumps.
3. Add 1T of honey and 1t of lemon juice and mix. 4. Spread lemon cream cheese on the finished walnut bread and it’s done!
