You can apply for a child support loan from the Korea Workers’ Compensation and Welfare Service if your child is an infant or toddler under the age of 7.
You cannot apply if your child has reached the age of 7.

You can choose between “1-year grace period, 3-year equal monthly principal installment repayment” and “1-year grace period, 4-year equal monthly principal installment repayment”.
Once the grace period and repayment period are initially selected, they cannot be changed later.
Early repayment is possible, and there is no separate fee.
※ Child support loans use the Corporation’s credit guarantee support system, and an annual guarantee fee of 0.9% is deducted in advance.

(1) Access the Labor Welfare Net website and select “General Workers’ Living Stability Fund.”
(2) To apply for a child support loan, you must log in with a joint certificate.
(3) Select “General worker, special worker, single-person business owner with industrial accident insurance (if no worker)” and click the “Apply” button.
