If you use the KEPCO cyber branch website, you can check your home’s electricity bill in real time and the estimated amount for the next month in real time just by searching the address without registering as a member.

How to check real-time electricity bill
① How to check your electricity bill in real time through your PC. Search for ‘Korea Electric Power Corporation Cyber Branch’ in the search bar.
② In the main menu, click ‘Preview my home electricity bill’.
③ Choose between a regular house and a high-voltage apartment (high-pressure apartment: pay by including the electricity bill in the management fee, select when living in an apartment)
④ After entering your customer number and pressing the inquiry button, you can check the real-time electricity bill you are using.

① If you access Google Play and download and install the ‘KEPCO’ app, you can check your home’s electricity bill in real time without registering as a separate member.

② After running the Smart KEPCO app, click [Three-Line Menu] in the upper right corner and click the [Electricity Bill] – [Preview My Home Electricity Bill] menu.
③ Select your residence type between a regular house and a high-pressure apartment.
※ In the case of apartments, electricity bills are usually included in the management fee, so choose a high-voltage apartment.
④ If you know your customer number, select ‘Yes’. If you do not know your customer number, select ‘No’.
⑤ If you know your customer number, enter your customer number and apartment building number and press the search button.
⑥ If you do not know your customer number, search by selecting the city/county/county of the apartment you want to search by street name address or street number address.
⑦ After searching for the house or apartment you want to search for, click on the address and the customer number will be automatically entered. Enter the apartment building/number and press the search button.
