Housing prices include ‘Korea Real Estate Agency Internet Price’, ‘KB Kookmin Bank Internet Price’, ‘Housing Price Provided by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (however, if there is no publicly announced price, the market price is the standard price)’, and ‘Appraisal with an agreement signed with the Corporation. The agency’s ‘appraisal value within the last 6 months’ is applied sequentially, and the price of the mortgaged house is determined based on the median value for the Korea Real Estate Board market price and the general average value for KB market price (the lowest price is applied to the lowest floor). However, if requested by the applicant, The appraisal value provided by the appraisal service provider may be given priority (however, the appraisal cost is borne by the applicant).
(Reference) The housing price standard for housing pension is determined based on publicly announced prices, etc., as follows. Please note that it is different from the housing price market price, which is the standard for calculating monthly payments.
However, in the case of residential officetels, only residential officetels that intend to subscribe to the housing pension are included in the number of housing possessions.
A pre-set amount that can be paid at any time or in a lump sum to be used for medical expenses, education expenses, return of rental deposit, repayment of mortgage loan, etc. (In the case of loan repayment method, only lump sum withdrawal is possible.)
