Subway lost and found handling procedures
If an item is lost on the subway, it will be handled through the following procedures.
✔First, after registering the lost item on the day the lost item is found, if the lost person contacts you, the lost person visits in person, presents their ID card, and picks it up. (If the lost item remembers quickly and contacts you, you will be able to find it right away.)
✔Second, the lost items stored at the station will be moved to the “Lost and Found Storage Center” the next day. It is stored here for about 7 days.
✔Third, if the owner does not show up after 7 days, the item is sent to the police station’s lost and found storage center, where all lost items found in daily life, not only in the subway but also in other public transportation, are collected. Here it is stored for about 9 months.
