📍Loan Eligibility
– Young people aged 19 or older ~ 34 years old or younger
– A single householder without a home with a combined annual income of KRW 50 million or less and a net asset value of KRW 325 million or less (including prospective household heads)
📍Target house
– Houses with an exclusive rental area of 60㎡ or less
💡Including residential officetels under 60㎡
– Deposit 50 million won, monthly rent less than 700,000 won
📍Loan interest rate
– Deposit: 1.3% per year
– Monthly rent: 0% (limit of 200,000 won), 1.0% (exceeding 200,000 won)
📍Loan limit
– Deposit: Up to 35 million won
– Monthly rent: up to 12 million won (within 500,000 won per month)
💡For those who have been employed for less than 1 year, the loan limit may be limited to 20 million won or less.
📍 Loan period
– 2 years (extended 4 times, available for up to 10 years)
💡In case of Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG), up to 2 years and 1 month (maximum 10 years and 5 months)
💡Up to 10 years of use, then 2 additional years per minor child at the time of extension (up to 20 years available)
💡No early repayment fee

We provide deposit and monthly rent loan interest rates of around 1% per annum to youth who do not own a home or newlyweds who meet certain requirements. (Loan limit and housing area restrictions exist)
📍When to apply
– Apply within 3 months from the earlier of the balance payment date on the lease agreement or the move-in date on your resident registration certificate.
– In case of contract renewal, apply within 3 months from the contract renewal date (the date of conversion in case of a conversion contract from monthly rent to jeonse)

– Bank visit application: Available at fund custodians Woori, Shinhan, Kookmin, Nonghyup, and Industrial Bank of Korea.
