Please refer to the information below on how to share a network printer in Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10.
1. After installing the printer driver in Devices and Printers in Control Panel, select the printer you want to share.
2. Right-click and click printer properties.
3. Click the Sharing tab and check Share this printer.
4. Click OK.
5. Click Start – Settings – Network and Internet.
6. Click Share Options.
7. Check Turn on network discovery and Turn on file and printer sharing, then click ‘Save changes’.

2. Click ‘Add Printer’ at the top and select the printer in the Add Device window to proceed to the next step.
1. Click [Control Panel] on the Windows tab.
2. Click [Network and Internet] and click [View network computers and devices].
3. Click [Add Printer] at the top.
4. Click [Network, Wireless…] to select the type of printer to install.
5. Select the printer you want to use among the found printers and click the [Next] button.
6. Select the printer driver to install and click the [Next] button.
7. Set the printer name and click the [Next] button.
8. When printer settings are complete, click the [Finish] button.
9. If the printer addition has been completed successfully, select the printer, right-click, and click Set default printer. It is set as the default printer as shown below.
