The other day, I needed to go into WorkNet, so I searched on Naver and went in, and suddenly I was directed to a strange site. I thought it was a fishing site, so I went back and clicked on it again, but it was the same site, and it turned out to be a place called Employment24, which is an extension and integration of WorkNet.
Employment24 is a site that consolidates all the information you need to get a job, unemployment benefits, etc. in one place. For job seekers like us, it’s a place where you can search for jobs, post your resume, apply for unemployment benefits, and apply for a Tomorrow’s Learning Card. On the other hand, for companies, it’s a place where they can post job openings and apply for subsidies.

These are the two numbers to remember. If you have a question about the site, you can call the above number, but if you have a general question about jobs, the below number is better. The hours of operation are 9am to 6pm on weekdays, as you would expect from a government organization.

Once you enter, you’ll see a screen like the one above, where you can search first, and then click Register on the bottom right to proceed with your question. I didn’t have to use my real name, so I just registered.
To fully utilize Employ24, you need to register first. You can sign in with your existing worknet account, or you’ll need to create a new one. There are two types of membership: individual and company, and individual members can sign up with an email or a joint certificate. Login is supported for both username/password and multi-factor authentication. After signing up, you can use features such as resume registration, job application, and unemployment benefit application.
