After August 31, 2023, due to suspension of support, only those who were diagnosed by August 30, 2023 and received a positive confirmation letter can apply. For more details, refer to the contents and guidelines (5th edition) below.
① Among those who have received a text message notifying that they have been hospitalized or confirmed positive for COVID-19, ② those who have registered as quarantine participants and completed quarantine (for hospitalized persons, quarantine participation can be replaced with a confirmation of admission/discharge), and ③ those who meet the support requirements for each subsidy.

– If a subsidy is received without complying with quarantine, it is considered an act of misconduct in which public funds were paid in a false or fraudulent manner, and the entire subsidy is refunded and a penalty surcharge (up to 5 times) is imposed.
People registered as co-quarantine participants of confirmed cases requiring care are also eligible for support (co-quarantine participants must apply through the local public health center)
After applying and registering as a quarantine participant, you can apply for living support expenses and paid vacation expenses.
① You can apply online (check the URL in the positive confirmation notification text), at the public health center in your jurisdiction of residence, ② by phone, or ③ by proxy, until the day after you receive the positive confirmation notification text.
Among the confirmed cases on August 30, 2023, those who received a positive confirmation letter on August 31 can only apply by phone or in person.
