The National Tomorrow’s Learning Card is a card that allows anyone who wants to get vocational training to get a job. The card is valid for five years and provides 300-500 million won in educational expenses.

In 2019, the card was reorganized with a 1-3 year validity period and 200-300 million won in educational expenses to make it more convenient for unemployed and employed people.

Benefits
Education expenses of 300-500 million won are supported for a validity period of 5 years.

1) Basic subsidy for National Daily Learning Card: 300 million won per person

2) Additional subsidy for National Daily Learning Card: 100 – 200 million won

Eligibility
Both unemployed and employed people can apply for the reformed National My Day Learning Card. However, in the case of employees, the application is divided by certain conditions.

1) Eligibility for the unemployed
Unemployed people aged 15 or older who have applied for a job at an employment center, worknet, etc.

2) Employee eligibility
Employees and special type workers: Average monthly income of less than 3 million won in the last 3 months
Large company workers: 45 years old or older / under 45 years old with monthly income of less than 3 million won
Sole proprietors: Businesses with annual sales of less than 150 million won for more than one year or those who have received confirmation of support from the Credit Recovery Committee
Construction day laborers
Farmers and fishermen: Employed in jobs other than farming and fishing
Short-time worker (part-time job): less than 60 hours of work per month
3) Students
Students in their third year of high school who are not planning to go to an advanced school (university, college)

Those whose expected graduation date from university or graduate school is before September 1 of the following year
