The Love Country Card can be used as a check card, but it is also used for identification, so if you are serving in the military, you must have the card reissued if you lose it.
However, reservist travel expenses can also be deposited into a separate account from the Love the Country Card.
If you have lost your Country Love Card, you must first report the loss. You can apply for a reissue through the customer center or mobile app, but it takes about 7 days to receive the card after applying.

Access the Industrial Bank of Korea i-ONE Bank app → Menu (Card > Card > Card Management) → Report loss/release menu → Report loss of card → Select card → Apply for loss → Reissue card → Apply for reissue → Delivery (takes 3-7 days)
You can apply for a card by visiting a KB Kookmin Bank or IBK Industrial Bank branch in person. If you apply in person at the bank, you can pick it up in person within 7 days or receive it by mail.
You can also apply for a reissue of the Love Country Card at a training center or military base. If you apply for training center on site, you can receive it within 3-4 days after application.
If you have lost your card after being assigned to your unit, you can receive a reissued Love Country Card by mail by filling out an application at your unit.
If you want to receive your Country Love Card immediately, you must visit your local Military Manpower Office.
You can receive it immediately by applying for a reissue at the bank issuance office located within the Military Service Examination Center of the Regional Military Manpower Administration.
The operating hours of the card issuance office within the local military manpower office are usually from 07:30 to 16:30 (lunch time 11:30 to 12:30), and if you visit to reissue the Love Your Country Card, it is between 09:00 and 15:00. It’s good.

The account number linked to the Love Country Card is displayed on the Love Country Card. If you have lost your card and cannot check your account number, you must visit a bank branch in person or check your account number directly through the bank’s website (bank app).
