When you’re hungry, you inadvertently go in and when you come to your senses, you’ll be waiting for the delivery of the App Delivery Minjok. It has been a long time since it has become a familiar service that has permeated our daily lives. According to an article as of January 2022, more than 70% of customers using delivery apps use ‘Baedal Minjok’, so many people are looking for the so-called Baemin. Baedal Minjok’s MAU is 20,728,261, which is about three times ahead of second place Coupang Eats (652,445).
Last Sunday, I went to Baedal Minjok to order lunch. That day, I wanted to eat kkanpunggi. I wanted to choose one of the many Chinese restaurants and see how their Kkanpunggi was served, but there was no menu image for Kkanpunggi. I went to the review tab and looked at other people’s reviews. However, no matter how much I scrolled, I couldn’t find any reviews from people who had eaten Kkanpunggi. Every time I searched for reviews on Baedal Minjok, I felt uncomfortable and thought it would be good if there was a review search function. Am I the only one who thought this?
If you look at Baedal Minjok’s current reviews, you can see that users are consistently wanting to add a review search function. Today, I would like to write a user story of a user who uses Baedal Minjok Reviews like me and a backlog to implement the ‘review search’ function.
I looked at Yogiyo mentioned in the user review above. If you search for ‘Kkanpunggi’, restaurants that sell Kkanpunggi are listed. When you select a restaurant, the searched Kkanpunggi will appear at the top and the number of reviews will be displayed. There is a ‘See all menu reviews’ button, so you can only check the Kkanpunggi review.
A backlog was created to implement the menu review search function. Priorities were set based on implementation difficulty and importance.
By setting the view format to ‘Board’, we visualized what work all team members were working on. As development is done in sprints, the PM must manage and coordinate team members’ work checks and schedules so that all team members can rush in to complete development according to priority and move on to the next process.

I created a backlog and a board. I think that PM’s capabilities are very important until the product is well developed and distributed. I think of him as a leader who monitors the condition of his team members and coordinates them “well” in the middle to boost their morale.
I wish Baedal Minjok would implement a review search function!
