(Age requirements) Young people aged 20 to 23 (born between 2001 and 2004)
(Residence Requirements) Residence in Seoul according to resident registration and alien registration as of the application date
(Income requirements) Based on health insurance premiums as of February 2024
– First-time beneficiary: 150% or less of median income
– 2023 beneficiaries: 120% or less of median income
