Making a reservation at an Apple Service Center is very simple. All you have to do is visit the official Apple Service Center site and follow the procedures.

1. If you access Apple’s official site, click the Start Repair button in the middle to start making a reservation.

2. You must first log in to select what your Apple devices are. Have your Apple ID and password ready in advance because you will need to log in.

3. When you log in, a list of your devices will appear. Here, you can select the device you would like to schedule a repair at an Apple Service Center. Each Apple Service Center has different products that can be repaired, so be sure to choose the right device. If you want to repair your AirPods but click on iPhone, you may not be able to get the repair done.
4. Select exactly what part you want to have repaired at the Apple Service Center. If you don’t see the repair you want in the list, you can enter a description of the problem yourself. After completing this part, you will receive an estimated repair price.
5. Select a support option and click Continue.
6. A list of Apple Service Centers that can support the device you selected and the repair you selected appears. If you want to use a service center in another region, you can change the region by clicking on the ‘region name (Suwon-si part)’ displayed in blue above.
Select the Apple Service Center you want to go to based on the fastest time and location.
7. When you select a service center, a detailed reservation progress screen will appear. Make a reservation by selecting the date and time.
8. Finally, review the reservation details and, if correct, click the Book Now button. A reservation completion text message will be sent from the Apple Service Center and you can confirm the information you received.
Things to watch out for
Punctuality is essential when making an Apple Service Center reservation. If you arrive later than the reservation time or are unable to make it, your reservation will be canceled after 10 minutes. Please note that if your reservation is canceled, the waiting time may increase significantly even if you arrive late.
