Let’s learn about how to freeze frames (freeze cells, rows, and columns) and shortcut keys to make it easier to view data while using Excel. When there is a lot of data, it becomes difficult to view it on one screen. So, you have to scroll down to view the data, but it is often difficult to view it because the cell title is not fixed as shown below.
The function needed in this case is frame fixation.

① Select the cell (location) you want to fix,
② Select [Menu] → [View] → [Fix Frame] → [Fix Frame].

When you freeze a cell, you can see that the row and column are fixed based on the cell you specified even when you scroll.
① Select the row you want to fix,
② Select [Menu] → [View] → [Fix Frame] → [Fix Frame].
If you want to freeze only the first row, select [Fix first row].

The action I specified will be fixed.
① Select the column you want to fix,
② Select [Menu] → [View] → [Freeze Frame] → [Freeze Frame].
If you want to freeze only the first column, select [Fix First Column].

All left columns are fixed based on the column I specified.
If cell fixation is necessary as needed
Just proceed in the same order.
Once you freeze a cell, [Freeze Cell] appears.
The menu has changed to [Unfreeze cells].

Shortcut keys are not difficult
Just enter [Alt] → w → f → f in that order.
