We provide work-life balance job incentives to employers who allow employees to work with reduced working hours for a certain period of time based on their needs and applications, such as family care, health, studies, and retirement preparation.

▣ Support target: Priority support companies (small and medium-sized businesses) and mid-sized businesses

▣ Support requirements
① Introducing a system to reduce working hours
* Establishment of regulations related to short-term work, such as employment rules, including guarantees of return to full-time work (refer to examples of management regulations in the attachment)

* Continuing to work more than 35 hours per week for the 6 months prior to short-time work
③ Reduction of prescribed working hours to 15 to 30 hours per week (continuous use for at least 1 month <2 weeks of pregnancy>)
* Work arrangements of 5 days a week (6 hours a day) or 3 days a week (8 hours a day) are also possible.
④ Attendance management using electronic and mechanical methods (see attachment)
* If the number of days missing from attendance records exceeds 3 days (more than 4 days) per month, incentives for that month will not be provided.
⑤ Restrictions on overtime work
* Overtime work cannot be requested from workers on short-time work hours (Article 22-4, Paragraph 3 of the High Evaluation Act)
* If overtime work exceeds 10 hours per month, incentives for that month are not supported.
