3. Service fee
The service fee is the sum of parts cost + repair cost + travel cost.
1. Parts cost
This refers to the cost of materials used during repairs and is applied according to the parts price list (amount including 10% VAT)
Prices for commercially purchased parts or parts not listed in the parts price list are charged based on similar models.
2. Repair costs
The repair fee is a pure technical fee based on the repair time required to repair the product, technical difficulty, etc., excluding the parts cost for paid service, and follows the repair fee standard table calculated separately.
The repair cost includes the basic on-site inspection fee.
When the same product is repaired at two or more locations, only the largest repair fee will be charged.
When general parts and core parts occur at the same time, each quality warranty period is calculated and charged. (Example) General parts: Quality warranty period has passed → Charged processing/ Core parts: Within the quality guarantee period → Free processing)
3. Travel expenses
The on-site inspection fee is 20,000 won regardless of whether the product is repaired or not.
However, when visiting after 18:00 on weekdays and on Saturdays/Sundays/public holidays, a travel fee of 26,000 won is applied.

6. Frequently Asked Questions
Q I often hear a loud noise coming from the kimchi refrigerator. Are there any basic checks?
When operating for the first time after initial installation, or when restarting after moving or changing location. In these cases, check whether Dimchae is more than 10cm away from the wall and that all four sides are level.
* If a lot of contents have been stored recently, it will be operated frequently to quickly lower the internal temperature.
* Even if the door is opened and closed frequently during the summer, the compressor operates frequently to maintain the internal temperature.
● Try this.
If it is not level, please adjust it with the leveling screw to ensure balance.
There are horizontal adjustment screws, one on the left and one on the right, at the bottom of the front of the product. Turn the leveling screw clockwise to go up, and turn it counterclockwise to go down. The product is heavy, so be careful when leveling it.
Q The kimchi stored in the kimchi refrigerator is frozen.
1. If the function was set incorrectly and stored
2. When stored in plastic other than a dedicated container
3. If the soup becomes bland due to long-term storage of more than 4 months.
4. If the cabbage is under-pickled or bland.
● Have you checked?
Please check if the above applies to you, and if the cabbage kimchi is not frozen at the edges of the leaves or the broth, but even the stem is frozen, have it inspected by an engineer. For reference, kimchi with a lot of moisture, such as water kimchi and white kimchi, may freeze at the standard kimchi storage temperature, so please set it to kimchi-weak storage.
Q How should I store kimchi in the kimchi refrigerator?
● There are various ways to store kimchi, and the taste and storage period of kimchi vary depending on the method of making, ingredients, time, place of making, and time of eating. Kimchi stored in the kimchi refrigerator can be stored in an edible state for an average of 4 months, regardless of whether it is ripe or not.
● Try this.
It is best to store freshly made kimchi without cooking it using the standard kimchi storage function and eat it while it goes through a natural ripening process. Depending on the seasoning or pickles in each household, you can also select kimchi-strong storage or kimchi-weak storage.
● Have you checked?
Even if it is stored like this, it does not remain in its raw state and naturally ripens gradually over time. Additionally, if you store fresh kimchi directly using the kimchi storage function without additional cooking, the texture may become tough and the bitter taste may last longer. If you want to cook kimchi and eat it right away, it is better to cook only 1 to 2 cans indoors for 1 to 2 days and then store them, rather than using the entire kimchi for the aging function (fermentation science or master maturation).
