If you go to the phone consultation page in this order, the screen below will appear.
There are 4 numbers for phone consultation.
1. Main customer center: 1599-3333
2. Customer center for various accident reports: 1599-8888 (operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year)
3. Customer center exclusively for senior citizens: 1599-8500
4. Overseas call: +82-6420-3333
In addition to the accident report phone line, the operating hours of the customer center are as follows.
– Deposit/savings, loan, card inquiries: 09:00 ~ 22:00, 365 days a year
– Rent deposit loan, foreign exchange inquiries: Weekdays 09:00 ~ 18:00
After connecting to the representative customer center at 1599-3333, a menu with three numbers will appear.
Number 0 is for employee connection.
Number 1: Report loss.
Number 8 is voice phishing and accident reporting.

In addition to calling the customer center, you can also receive consultation through KakaoTalk chatbot or Talk consultation.
Chatbot is a service where a robot provides answers when you enter your inquiry, and chat consultation is where you consult with a counselor through chat.
For talk counseling, operating hours are 09:00 to 22:00 every day.
If you select ‘Consult via KakaoTalk’ on the customer center page below, you will be connected to the chatbot first.
As shown below, the Kakao Bank Customer Center chatbot and KakaoTalk window will appear in KakaoTalk.
Here, you can check the answer by entering a simple question in ‘Send a message to the chatbot’.
If you want to chat with a counselor,
There is a ‘Contact Counselor’ option in the chat input window. Clicking this will send a chat request to an agent.
Afterwards, you can consult with a counselor.
