카카오뱅크 통장사본 Copy of Kakao Bank passbook: Save

Although I use several online bank apps, I often feel that there are few places as convenient as Kakao Bank. Sometimes, when looking for a job or part-time job, if you are a freelancer, you may need to submit a copy of your bankbook for income tax return. Since it is a document that can be used in various situations, it has the advantage of being convenient to use once issued. 카카오뱅크 통장사본

Therefore, today, I am going to divide the copy of Kakao Bank passbook into two categories: the method of storing a copy of the Kakao Bank passbook easily on the smartphone and the method of printing it out on a PC in the form of a certificate.

#One. Save a copy
Mobile

First, it is the process of saving a copy of the passbook on mobile. Please run the app and log in 🙂 이베이스매뉴얼

On the first screen, select your bank account. In this case, you can also use [My Account] at the top. When you come to the passbook screen, touch the [Management] tab in the upper right corner.

Now, just select [Copy of Passbook] in the Account Management category and you can check the copy of Kakao Bank Passbook as shown in the picture on the right. If you need to keep a copy on your smartphone, you can save it in the gallery by clicking [Save].

Saved copies can be easily viewed in the mobile gallery as well.

#2. PC output
The mobile copy shown earlier can be used for simple verification. However, documents that need to be submitted to companies and government offices must be printed on a PC. If you do not have a printer, follow the steps below.

[All (···)] – [Customer Center] – [Issue Certificate] in order.

Select [Deposit] in the certificate, and then click [Account Opening Confirmation] to print the account you have.

There are precautions to be taken when applying for issuance of a certificate. Please refer to it briefly and click [Next]. Since it is a process of printing to a PC, select [PC Output] for the issuance method.

*Mail issuance
In case of receiving the mail, it takes about 5 days depending on the application date and the postage of about 2,000 won is burdened.

You can now select the account to be issued. Here, not only the deposit and withdrawal accounts you own, but also products such as safe boxes and piggy banks are included, so take a look and choose carefully. After selecting an account, proceed to [Apply].

Along with the account opening confirmation, you will receive a text message to your phone number saying “The requested certificate has been issued”. This leaves only the work to be printed on the PC 🙂

Let’s put down our smartphone for a moment and access the PC Kakao Bank homepage. Click [Customer Center] at the top – [My Certificate Issuance History] in order.

Then the login icon appears as follows. Click the appropriate icon.

There are two ways to log in, such as a QR code or a verification code. Here, I will proceed to log in with QR code authentication.

Please check your smartphone again!

Go to [All (···)] again, and then select [App Settings] – [PC Login] in that order. If you proceed with QR code verification, click QR code login, if proceeding with verification code, click Login with verification code.

After scanning the QR code with your smartphone camera, simply enter the [Authentication Password] to log in.

If you look at my certificate issuance history, you can see that there is an [Account Opening Confirmation]. Check that the PC and printer are properly connected, and then click [Print].

Download and run the file according to the security program installation request. If the copy does not appear even after installation is complete, close the program installation window and refresh the issue history page (F5). And proceed to [Print] again!

Specify the printer to print to, and then start [Print].

*Storing PDF files?
Saving with the PDF extension is also blocked. At least it would be nice to be able to save it as a PDF file for the convenience of people who don’t have a printer, but that’s a pretty disappointing part. Fortunately, using the ‘Everyone’s Printer’ program, I was able to easily save it as a PDF.

Today, we learned about the process of printing a copy of Kakao Bank passbook. It’s relatively simple on mobile, but I think it might be difficult to follow because there was a bit of complexity in the PC printing process. So, I tried to write as detailed as possible, but I don’t know if it was helpful.

We hope that this post will help you find the information you are looking for. Thanks for reading the long post 🙂
