To sign up for the Toss online shopping mall, access the Toss Seller Admin, follow the [Enter a store] procedure, enter seller information, wait for approval, and enter the store. In my case, I was approved and opened in just half a day.
When you enter the Toss online shopping mall, you are given two administrators: Toss Seller Administrator and Settlement Administrator (Affiliate Store Manager).
The Toss Seller Admin’s login and password are set by me, and the Settlement Admin (Affiliate Store Manager) will send you the login ID by email, so you just need to check the email after your subscription is approved and complete the registration process.
The admin that online sellers should mainly look at is the Toss Seller Admin.
– Product registration is completed by simply entering the product name, category, options, representative image (600*600), advertising image (600*240), detailed description image, exposure tag, shipping information, and exchange/return information.
Once product registration is complete, it is in a waiting state for approval, and the product can only be sold after a 2-3 day approval waiting period.
Just because it is approved for sale does not mean it can be sold immediately. After approval, the sales period must be set accurately to complete product registration that can truly meet customers.

Toss online shopping mall pays commissions differently from other platforms.
Toss has two types of fees.
1. Payment fee – Tospay & Card
2. Category management fee
Let’s take Naver as an example.
When a sale is made on Naver Smart Store, Naver settles the remaining amount excluding payment fee + category fee.
Customer payment amount – Payment fee + Category operation fee = Settlement payment to seller
The toss is settled as follows:
Toss: Customer payment amount – Payment fee = Settlement payment to seller
Seller: Toss settlement payment – Category operation fee deposited to Toss
In other words, if Toss first pays the amount excluding the payment fee, the seller must secondarily deposit the category operation fee from this paid amount to Toss. The amount to be paid will be notified in a pop-up window just by logging into SellerAdmin. (Can be checked in settlement details)
The primary payment fee paid by Toss is 3.3% (including VAT) for Toss Pay and card payments.
Among these, the card payment fee ranges from 1.6 to 3% depending on the rating of the card, small, medium or small. You can check your rating in the merchant manager admin.
The payment fee is first deducted from 3.3%, then deposited and later refunded according to your level. (Can be checked in Settlement Admin)

Payment fee:
Toss → When settling the sale price to the online seller, the payment fee is deducted and deposited.
The payment fee of 3.3% is deducted from all sellers, and if there is a difference between English, medium and small, an additional deposit is made separately.
Operating fee: Product sales commission rate is 8% each (VAT excluded)
Online seller → You need to deposit money to Toss.
You can check the deposit amount in the seller admin settlement history and deposit it before the end of each month.
Product registration is very easy, and settlement may seem complicated because it is different from other platforms, but all you have to do is deposit and receive the deposit.
