토스 유스카드 발급방법If you want to use your charged Toss Money offline, you can obtain and use a Youth Card. You can make payments at most merchants like a regular card, but it is different from a bank check card.
A Youth Card can be issued to anyone between the ages of 7 and 16 who has a virtual account with Toss. However, if you are a youth under the age of 14, you need the consent of a legal representative.
Step 1. Access the Toss app on your child’s phone.
Step 2. You can apply by clicking [All] → [Toss Youth Card] in the bottom right.
Once the Youth Card issuance is complete, it will be delivered to your mailbox. Since this is regular mail delivery like a letter, not registered delivery, you must apply to an address that has a post office box.
It usually takes about two weeks for the card to be delivered after completion of issuance. Once you receive the card, you can register and use it in the [Toss Youth Card] menu in your child’s Toss app.
The money charged to Toss Money can be paid online or offline using a youth card.

You can use it if you have registered your Toss Youth Card for the simple payment mentioned below. The services you can register for vary depending on your age.
There are three ways to recharge your transportation card.
When refunding the charged amount, a fee of 500 won is incurred. For detailed inquiries and consultation, please contact Rail Plus Customer Center (1544-7788).
You can cancel and re-create your Youth Card directly through the Toss app until 12 PM on the day you created it.
If it has been more than a day since you created it, you cannot change the address because the information you entered has already been sent to the credit card company. In this case, you must reapply for the card, which costs 4,000 won.
If you don’t know where your card is or can’t find it, you can pause it. If you cannot find your card, please report it lost.
You can use the Toss password to cancel temporary suspension of your card, but if you report it as lost, you must check the CVC number of the physical card to cancel it.
