핸드폰 초기화 방법If you’re planning to factory reset your phone, you can back up your apps, text messages, and content from the cloud in advance. For more information about how to back up, see Back up items.
WARNING: Be careful. Resetting your phone erases all content stored on your phone, including apps and games (including app data and game progress), text messages, call logs, music, and photos.
From Start, swipe to the All apps list, then select Settings.
Select System > About > Reset Phone.
You will receive two warnings. If you really want to restore your phone to factory settings, select Yes, then select Yes again. It may take some time for the process to complete.
If your phone is unresponsive and you can’t get to Settings, you can use the hardware buttons to reset your phone. On Lumia phones (and some other phones), follow these steps to factory reset your phone.
Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button simultaneously until you feel a vibration (about 10 to 15 seconds).
When you feel a vibration, release the button and immediately press and hold the Volume Down button until you see a large exclamation mark.
When you see the exclamation mark, press the four buttons Volume Up, Volume Down, Power, and Volume Down. Your phone will now be factory reset and restart automatically. (It may take some time for initialization to complete.)
Note: If you lose your phone, you can reset it remotely. For instructions on wiping it remotely, see Find your lost phone.
