How to book convenience store delivery
Reservation is simple. For non-member CU courier service as an example, you can make a reservation by selecting an item as shown below, entering the price and name of the item, and then entering the information of the sender and receiver. It is the same as the general courier reservation method.

How to cancel convenience store delivery
Convenience store courier cancellation has two cases based on CU. If you have already left the parcel at the convenience store, it is a case of receiving it as a product collection at the door.
If you are a spectator at a convenience store, you can call 1566-1025 to request cancellation, but there is a fee. The cancellation fee is 1,000 won.
There is only CU for collection at the door. Cancellation before 7:30 on the day of the collection request is canceled immediately. For cancellations after 7:30, you must contact customer service and request cancellation the next morning. At this time, a full refund is required if the product has not been collected, and a 1,000 won fee is required if the product has already departed for collection.
GS25 needs to be canceled at the convenience store, but you have to go into the return section at the terminal and cancel it. You have to ask the person in charge at the convenience store for this.
