1. After accessing the Kakao Bank app, press the account you want to issue a copy of your bankbook.
2. Click ‘Management’ on the top right.
3. Click the copy of bankbook below.
4. You can save a copy of your bankbook as follows.
You can send it to yourself on KakaoTalk or send it as a message and save it in the gallery.
※ However, in the case of submission to public institutions, a copy of Kakao Bank bankbook must be issued on a PC to be recognized.

In order to issue a copy of Kakao Bank bankbook to a PC, you must issue a certificate via mobile and then print it out on the Kakao Bank website.
[Step 01. Apply for PC printing through mobile]
1. First, access Mobile Kakao Bank and press the three dots on the bottom right.
2. Please access the customer center.
3. Access the certificate issuance page.
4. If you go to the ‘Deposit’ tab, you can get an account opening confirmation. (Same as copy of bankbook) Please click.
5. Choose the method you want between PC and mail. I need it right away, so I’ll do it with PC output.
6. Select the account you want to issue the certificate to and click Next to apply.
7. If you enter the authentication number, the certificate application is completed. Now let’s move on to PC.
[Step 02. Output to PC]
1. Access the Kakao Bank website.
2. Access the Customer Center at the top and click ‘My Certificate Issuance History’.
3. Proceed with PC authentication by entering the QR code or authentication number.
To access the QR code, select the Kakao Bank app [All > App Settings > PC Login > QR Code] and take a picture of the QR code with your smartphone.

4. After logging in, you can view the certificate application history and print out the certificate you need.
