Regardless of the purchase amount, you can conveniently get IKEA furniture delivered online or offline at a lighter price.
* Up to 5㎥ of order volume (the volume of two and a half side-by-side refrigerators) can be delivered at the applicable rate. * In the case of buildings with 4 or more floors without an elevator, a ladder truck service (approximately KRW 90,000) is required. Please apply through the IKEA Customer Support Center (1670-4532) within 24 hours of requesting delivery.
IKEA products purchased online can be picked up directly at the nearest pick-up point with low shipping costs.
For orders weighing less than 25 kg or a maximum length of 140 cm, you can pick it up with a courier fee starting at KRW 3,000.

This service allows IKEA staff to pick up up to 20 products for you. Picked up products can be received at each store’s ‘product pick-up area’.

Basic rate 3,000 won ~ 8,000 won
You can apply for courier delivery at three different prices depending on the sum of length, width, height and total weight.
KRW 3,000: The sum of width, length and height is less than 100cm / Total weight after packaging is less than 2kg
5,000 won: total width, length and height less than 145 cm / total weight after packaging less than 25 kg
KRW 8,000: The sum of width, length and height is less than 220 cm / Total weight after packaging is less than 25 kg
3,000 won added between islands and mountains for delivery to some inland areas and Jeju Island*

Basic rate 29,000 won ~ 39,000 won
When delivering furniture from a store, you can deliver to the desired area by paying only the shipping fee without adding an additional 9,000 won for pick-up service.
Q. From when will the return fee be applied in case of shipping cancellation? A. It applies from January 1, 2021, and the courier delivery service and short distance delivery cannot be canceled.

Q. Where can I find information about the cost of a return charge?A. You can check the exchange and refund policy and delivery service terms and conditions page on the IKEA website. When ordering online, you can check it at the payment stage and order cancellation stage, and when ordering at a store, you can check it in the delivery service terms and conditions.
