Lotte Department Store gift certificates can be redeemed at least 60/100 of the face value (but at least 80/100 for less than 10,000 won).
If you have used it, you can get your balance back.
Since the gift certificate has been damaged, it is not possible to check the face amount and issue number of the gift certificate, and it is confirmed that the gift certificate is issued by our company.

It can be converted after the customer directly sends it by registered mail (registration fee paid by the customer). (After receiving the gift certificate, conversion to L.POINT takes 3 days

The converted L.POINT can be used on online sites (Lotte ON, Lotte Department Store Mall, Home Shopping, etc.) and other affiliates.
It can be used like cash.
