The Tomorrow Learning Card is a system that provides educational expenses support to citizens who need to develop their capabilities, such as job seekers, job seekers, and office workers. Except for some, all citizens can apply.
※ Excluded: public officials, private school teachers, self-employed people with annual sales of KRW 150 million or more, employees of large corporations with an average monthly salary of KRW 3 million or more (under 45 years of age), special workers, etc.
You can receive a National Tomorrow Learning Card and apply for training at the training institution of your choice. Educational expenses supported by the government are automatically deducted, and you only have to pay the remaining out-of-pocket expenses (15-55%).
The original limit for education expenses per individual is 3 million won, but an additional limit of 1 to 2 million won is given in the following cases. The maximum is 5 million won.
First of all, the types of academies eligible for Tomorrow Learning Card support, as defined by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, are as follows. Please note that areas such as reading rooms are excluded.

First, access the vocational training portal (HRD-Net) and go to the “Training Course > National Tomorrow Learning Card Training Course” menu.

Then select an occupation. Select one of the 24 major categories, and if you want to search in more detail, select the middle category and subcategory. Please note that multiple selections are also possible.
Lastly, you can select the training type, but if you are not sure, I recommend leaving it as ‘All’.
Finally, you can choose the start date. You can click ‘See more search conditions’ to find a training course that suits your conditions in more detail.
These are the search results I viewed. From the top tab, you can also check the use of group courses or Tomorrow Learning Card online lectures separately. You can also change the search order (start date, alphabet, employment rate, average wage, education satisfaction, etc.).
Click to see detailed information about the training course. You can check detailed information such as satisfaction, training period, related certification type, and training time. If you look on the right, you can also see the estimated training fee and out-of-pocket payment amount.
Please note that there is no limit to the number of times you can use the Tomorrow Learning Card. It is possible to take multiple training courses within the total limit (up to 5 times a year, up to 3 times for the same occupation).
You may be wondering if you will no longer be able to take training once you get a job. Recently, the distinction between job seeker and employee cards has been eliminated, so you can take training within the remaining balance regardless of whether you are looking for a job or not.
Also, there is a rumor that the Tomorrow Learning Card should not be used in other places, but this is a misunderstanding. It can also be used for general payments at stores such as convenience stores. The subsidy will only be deducted when used by the institution.
