2. Make a reservation Set the usage time and select the location where you need a vehicle and the type of vehicle you want. You can make a reservation at a nearby Soca Zone or call Soca in front of your house.
3. Finding a vehicle You can check the detailed information of the Socar zone where your vehicle is parked in the Socar app. You can find Socar more easily by turning on the emergency lights or honking the horn with the smart key in the Socar app.
4. Before boarding, you must check the condition of the vehicle, including exterior, interior, and oil level. This is absolutely necessary. You can easily open and close the car door with the smart key within the Socar app.
5. After parking in the designated area for return, you need to check that there are no items left behind or unloaded from the vehicle. After locking the car door, press the return button to complete use.

First, please install the Socar app. Installation is easy by typing Socar in the Play Store. The Soca installation screen will be displayed as shown below.

This is the first Soca screen. Your location will be displayed as shown below and you can check nearby SoCars. Below is information on Socars around Jeongja-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si. There are more Soca than you think. Let’s choose one. You can also use Soka Calling here. If you use Socar Call, an employee will drive the Socar.
I chose Soca Hana in Jeongja-dong. It says Rent. Click on the icon. Vehicles available for rental, such as Sportage, will be displayed. Select Sportage.
Insurance information related to vehicle exemption will appear on the next screen. Insurance is basic, so please make sure to sign up. The standard is the best, and the light isn’t bad either. If you can’t drive, specials are also good.
Now check your rental information. I’m planning to rent a Sportage for a total of 4 hours. The driving fee is 150 to 190 won per km. Fuel and toll fees are separate.

The cost of repairs to Socar is borne by the customer. Depending on the car insurance premium selected when renting SoCar, only the amount less than the deductible is paid.
