Naver Pay postpaid payment is a service available at Naver Smart Store. When making online payments, you have the option to pay later using Naver Pay. 1. How to use Naver Pay and its benefits
Please refer to the information above for information on how to use Naver Pay. To use Naver Pay, you must first sign up for the service. After logging in to Naver, select Pay service from the main menu.

If you look on the left side of the screen that follows, you will see instructions for postpaid Naver Pay. Click the ‘Sign Up Now’ button to sign up for the service.

When signing up, you can select a withdrawal date. Purchase items in advance and the amount will be withdrawn on a designated date. It’s the same as using a credit card. You can select the Naver Pay payment date on the 5th, 15th, or 25th.

5th of every month, period of use: 21st of the previous month ~ 20th of the previous month
15th of every month, period of use: 1st of the previous month ~ last day of the previous month
25th of every month, period of use: 11th of the previous month ~ 10th of the current month
When you sign up, you will see a limit on the amount you can use. In my case, a limit of 200,000 won was created as shown below. Please note that the limit is up to 300,000 won. Your usage limit may increase if you continue to use postpaid payment.

1% of the postpaid payment amount is credited as Naver Pay points.
2. Subscription target
Koreans over the age of 19 can sign up. However, this is only possible with one Naver ID. It is not possible to sign up from multiple IDs.
3. Disadvantages if Naver postpaid payment is late
In case of late payment, deferred payment is no longer available. Late payment fees are assessed at a prorated rate of 12% per annum.
4. Advantages
The advantage is that when you need to buy something urgently, you can buy it even if you don’t have money. You can see the same effect as using a credit card.
5. Disadvantages
The downside is that it has the effect of increasing consumption. Anyone who has ever used a credit card knows that it is difficult to recognize how much you have spent if the money is not taken out of your account right away.
