When I went into the simple delay certificate tab, the delay list for lines 1 to 4 appeared, but there were no lines 5 to 9.
I called the customer center because I thought it was weird.

As the counselor told me, the details of the delay from the 1st to 9 o’clock will be collected and published after 9:30 p.m
If you go to the delayed station window and tell them about the delay, such as 5 minutes or 10 minutes, they will issue it.
When a counselor is connected, tell me around what time you used the station and file a complaint with the department in charge of delay.
(Example: “The completion price of Naebang Station on Line 7 was delayed by 5 minutes on boarding around 8 o’clock in the direction.”)
After the train is running, it takes time to collect and open the delayed train.
For those who need to issue a delay confirmation certificate quickly due to their company’s circumstances, calling the customer center and filing a complaint like me is a way to issue it in the morning.
If you wait, the delay list will appear in the afternoon (first to 9 o’clock).

After inquiring about the complaint, I checked around 9:40 and found that there was a 5-minute delay to hot water.

It is said that the delay confirmation seen by the Seoul Transportation Corporation should not be uploaded on a blog such as copying or copying without permission, so I will delete the contents.
If you press the print button on the sky blue circle part, you can print it in one sheet, so you can submit it or scan PDF.
The Seoul Transportation Corporation can issue a subway delay confirmation certificate by dividing the first train into 9 o’clock, 9 o’clock to 18 o’clock, and 18 o’clock to the last train, and it is stated that the maximum delay time is recorded every 5 minutes.
It is also said that this simple delay certificate does not prove the use of the train or the damage caused by the delay.
Therefore, I think this delay certificate can only be used to be late.
On the way to work, I was able to see that the subway was delayed more than I thought. Lines 1 to 4 seemed to be delayed almost every other day.
