Select Benefits > Points You Have.
When using points, there is no cash conversion using the icon below. Touch the Redeem Points > button.

On the point cashback screen, touch the apply button below.
Convert Samsung Card points to cash
Enter the Samsung Card points you currently have that you want to convert into cash. You can easily enter your total points by pressing the Total Points button.
