Provide home visiting health care worker service vouchers for postpartum health care of mothers and newborns
※ Limited to cases where both spouses are foreigners and domestic residence visa types are F-2 (Residency), F-5 (Permanent Residence), and F-6 (Marriage Immigration)
Application Period: From 40 days before the expected date of birth to 30 days after the date of birth
Voucher Validity Period: Up to 60 days after the date of birth (80 days for triple fetus “extension”)
※ Additional services (duties exceeding the items and scope of standard services) are not included in the scope of voucher services. Service costs are additionally purchased by the user at their own expense
※ The validity period of the certificate and confirmation must be within 30 days from the day before the application date
※ Secondary self-reliance refers to “secondary self-reliance” on the “Self-reliance Work Participation Confirmation”, and must be participating in self-reliance as of the application date or the “Self-reliance Work Participation Period End Date (YYYMMDD ~ YYMMDD)” must be within 6 months from the day before the application date for the maternal and newborn service (voucher)
⇒ The leave certificate and official document must state the leave period and whether it is unpaid or paid
⇒ The leave certificate can be replaced with an official document that can confirm the leave period and leave status
