The Savings Bank Central Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) has established the following personal information processing policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. to protect users’ personal information and rights and to smoothly handle users’ complaints related to personal information.
The Association processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following, and prior consent will be obtained if the purpose of use is changed.
* Financial transactions refer to transactions related to loans, receipts, domestic and foreign exchange, check cards, etc.
The Association collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary for the purposes of processing personal information in Article 1 as follows.

* The Association does not collect sensitive information that may infringe on the privacy of customers in principle, and if necessary, collects it with separate consent from customers and uses it only for the purpose for which consent was given.
Users may exercise the following rights as subjects of personal information. In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Party is taking the following technical/administrative and physical measures necessary to ensure security.
We are implementing measures to manage personal information by designating employees who handle personal information and limiting them to those in charge.
We are conducting regular (once per quarter) internal audits to ensure the stability of personal information handling.
We are establishing and implementing an internal management plan to safely process personal information.
User passwords are encrypted and stored and managed, so that only the user can know them, and important data uses separate security functions such as encrypting files and transmission data or using file locking functions.
To prevent personal information leakage and damage due to hacking or computer viruses, the Party is installing security programs and conducting periodic updates and inspections, and installing systems in areas with controlled access from the outside and monitoring and blocking them technically and physically.
We are taking necessary measures to control access to personal information by granting, changing, and deleting access rights to the database system that processes personal information, and are controlling unauthorized access from the outside using an intrusion prevention system. We store and manage records of access to the personal information processing system for at least 6 months, and use security features to prevent access records from being falsified, stolen, or lost.
Documents containing personal information, auxiliary storage media, etc. are stored in a safe place with a locking device.
We have a separate physical storage location for personal information, and we have established and are operating access control procedures for this.
