How to apply for AS visit reservation
SK Magic products can be applied for A/S visit reservation through the customer center and the website.
How to apply for AS 1. Log in to the SK Magic Service Center website and select the product that requires A/S from My Rental/Registration History. If the product is not registered, proceed after registering or enter the product model name in the product direct selection field.
2. Next, select the product’s malfunction symptoms. Symptoms include replacement/damage, water leakage/drainage, water taste/odor/foreign substance, partial separation/installation, noise/vibration, operation/power, product management, communication, etc., and you can select the corresponding symptom. If there is any symptom-related information to be delivered to the service center, you can additionally describe it.
3. Finally, enter information such as name, address, and mobile phone number, and select the available date to complete the SK Magic Service Center reservation.

1. How should I re-install the dishwasher when moving?
If you need to separate it from your old house and reinstall it in your new house, you must apply through [Service Center Website-Visit Reservation-Removal/Installation Reservation] or the customer center. The cost is the separation cost and the reinstallation cost. If the kitchen sink needs to be renovated during separation and reinstallation, you must make a separate request to a furniture company, not the SK Magic Service Center.
2. How can I find out the quality warranty period and parts availability period?
You can check the quality warranty period and parts availability period on the product warranty at the back of the product user manual and brief manual.
3. There is a strange noise coming from the electric clothes dryer.
If the product is operating with abnormal noises such as loud noises or buzzing sounds that are not related to the normal operating noise, a service inspection is required.
4. Will I be charged for repairs if a product I am renting breaks down?
If you request A/S for a product problem during the rental contract period, you can receive the service free of charge.
However, services such as product damage or exterior replacement due to customer negligence, not product defects, will be processed for a fee.
5. How do I relocate the massage chair when moving?
If a technician visits, you can apply for separation and reinstallation through the customer center or SK Magic Service Center website. Separation and reinstallation costs will be incurred separately. Massage chair moving service is not available, so you must bring all the accessories and move the product to the reinstallation location.
6. The gas range grill does not light. What should I do?
If the gas range grill does not light, you can refer to the symptoms listed below and proceed with the inspection.
1) Does the gas range and grill burner not light up or produce a spark?
-For models with a power cord, check the connection status of the power cord, whether the outlet is defective, and whether the circuit breaker is tripped.
-Connect other home appliances, such as a hair dryer, to the outlet where the gas range’s power cord is connected to check that the outlet power supply is normal.
