* You cannot participate if you are under 19 years of age or over 39 years of age excluding mandatory military service period.
* If you are not a resident of Gyeonggi-do, you cannot participate.
* Residents in Gyeonggi-do must complete the move-in report by the application start date based on resident registration.
* You cannot participate if you have been working for less than 3 months or less than 36 hours a week at a medium-sized company, small business, or non-profit corporation in Gyeonggi-do.
* However, if you have reduced working hours during childcare, you can apply even if you work 15 to 30 hours. (Please check ‘Yes’.)
* If the business owner is an immediate family member of the applicant, application is not possible.
* If you have a history of participating in Youth Welfare Points, you cannot apply.
* Anyone who has benefited from government or local government projects within one year cannot participate.
* As of the application start date, those on leave (including childcare leave), military personnel, social workers, professional research personnel/industrial technical personnel, and overseas dispatchers are excluded from selection.
* You cannot participate if your average health insurance premium payment for the past three months exceeds 118,500 won (monthly taxable benefit of 3.34 million won).
