What is the National Learning Tomorrow Card?
The Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card is a vocational training support card that integrates the tomorrow learning cards for the unemployed and those who are working separately.
Support is provided to those who need vocational training regardless of whether they are employed or the type of job, such as the unemployed, incumbents, special workers, and the self-employed (less than a certain income).
It is a system that provides individual-led training opportunities to suit the environment that requires lifelong competency development.

How to apply for Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card
You can apply for the National Tomorrow Learning Card by visiting the Employment Center or online at HRD-Net (www.hrd.go.kr).
In order to apply online, you must go through the co-certificate or pass certificate and I-PIN certification process after signing up as an HRD-Net member.
First of all, if you log in through the authentication process after signing up as a member, the order of issuance is as follows.
1. You can apply for the National Tomorrow Learning Card through the issuance application icon on the main screen.
2. In order to issue the National Tomorrow Learning Card online, after searching for training courses, you must register at least one training course of interest.
3. You must complete watching the video before issuing the National Tomorrow Learning Card.
4. You must read all of the contents of the Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card and check the consent box.
5. When you click the ‘Confirm’ button, you will be directed to the National Tomorrow Learning Tard application screen.
6. Enter the basic information of the applicant for the National Tomorrow Learning Card.
7. Select the ‘card information’ you wish to receive.
Card issuance method: Select the Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card issuance method
If you click (Nonghyup, Shinhan), you can check the list of Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card branch offices.
8. Register account information for receiving subsidies supported by the state while participating in the training course.
9. Select the current state of the National Tomorrow Learning Card applicant.
10. Register the card shipping address.
If the address is the same as the applicant’s address, check the ‘Same applicant’s information’ box and it will be automatically entered.
11. You can select a training course by clicking the ‘Select Training Course’ button.
When you click the ‘Select Training Course’ button, a list of training courses selected as the training course of interest appears, and you must select at least one training course.
12. In order to apply for the National Tomorrow Learning Card, you must register for the training course.
Upon completion of information registration for issuance application, click the ‘Next’ button to move to the ‘STEP 03 Application Qualification Check and Application’ screen. In addition, additional information can be registered in the future by using the ‘temporary storage’ function.
13. We check the application qualifications to verify whether the application for issuance of the National Tomorrow Learning Card is possible. Please select all.
※ If one or more of the above items are ‘yes’, issuance may not be issued, and if there are false statements in the information provided, issuance of the National Tomorrow Learning Card issuance may be cancelled, course registration or support loans may be restricted, and training expenses supported may be refunded. You may be subject to administrative measures, such as additional collections.
14. After checking the application eligibility confirmation information, click the ‘Apply for Issuance’ button to complete issuance. When the ‘Previous’ button is clicked, it moves to the previous step.
15. You can check the Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card application details by using the ‘Card Application Details’ menu.
