Other agricultural and forestry areas (agricultural promotion areas) Possibility of septic tank installation in farms
I have a question about whether it is possible to install a septic tank in an agricultural and forestry area (agricultural promotion area).
I am a new farmer in my second year of farming.
After selling the land for vigilance, we installed a farmhouse and reported the construction of a temporary building, and received a certificate.
Later, when a permission was requested from the local government for the septic tank installation, the agricultural and forestry area (Agricultural Promotion District) said that it was possible to install a farm tent due to land use restrictions, but a septic tank could not be installed (Article 32 of the Agricultural Land Act).
According to what I have been looking for, the septic tank of the farmhouse is seen as an accessory facility of the farmhouse, so I know that if the farmhouse is possible, the septic tank is also possible. Am I misunderstanding this?
(Article 29 of the Enforcement Decree of the Agricultural Land Act, Article 20 of the Building Act, and Article 34 of the Sewerage Act)
I understood that a septic tank in a farmhouse is an ancillary facility of a farmhouse, so if a farmhouse is permitted, it can also be a septic tank, but did I misunderstand?
If I am wrong, I would like to know which part was wrong and which law violated the installation of the septic tank in the farmhouse.
I inquired in several places,
I am sorry that I did not receive a clear answer.
