▲ Eligibility
· College (graduate) students under 34 years of age, unemployed youth, or young adults just starting out in society (those who have been employed at a small or medium-sized company for less than 1 year)*
* Those with an annual income exceeding 35 million won or employed at a large company are excluded from the support
▲ Selection criteria
· Apply for a guarantee to the Korea Small Business Finance Agency, and if the guarantee is approved through a review of the applicant’s qualifications, etc., the lending institution will select the recipient through a final loan review
▲ Support details
· Guaranteed loan support to resolve financial difficulties of college students, unemployed youth, etc.
– General living expenses are supported up to a maximum of 3 million won within 6 months
– Special purpose funds (education, medical expenses, housing expenses) are supported up to a maximum of 9 million won within 1 year
· Loan interest rate: 3.6-4.5% per year (including 0.1-1.0% guarantee fee)
· Loan limit: Up to 12 million won (limit of 9 million won per year)
· Repayment method: Up to 8 years of grace period, up to 7 years of equal principal installment repayment
