시니어 인턴십A project to encourage new and continued employment by providing labor cost support to companies to promote employment of seniors aged 60 or older.
Companies and non-profit private organizations that provide employment opportunities to participants among the four major insurance companies that comply with worker protection regulations such as the Labor Standards Act, Minimum Wage Act, and Occupational Safety and Health Act.
Excluded from application: Companies with seasonal demand for less than 3 months, consumer entertainment companies, multi-level marketing companies, businesses with confirmed wage arrears, and companies receiving support for establishment or operating expenses from budget projects of each ministry or local government.
People over the age of 60 who have submitted a participation application and completed training provided by a development center or implementing agency.
Exclusions from application: People participating in central and local government financial support job projects, business owners (representatives) and their spouses, direct ascendants/descendants, and blood relatives/relatives within the 4th degree of consanguinity. etc
59 occupations including nursing care workers and caregivers, security/security/security workers, cleaners, housekeepers, online sales workers, and landscapers.
Productivity can be improved by reducing per-person labor costs.

Company C, which participated in the senior internship at the suggestion of the Korea Senior Human Resources Development Institute, is hiring senior interns at its branches across the country.
Seniors’ jobs include various theater service tasks, such as preparing movie screenings, preparing concession stand products, and maintaining cleanliness.
Theater customers are very satisfied with the friendly response and service of senior assistants, and Company C is also receiving great help in forming a positive company image.
Company S, the only megaphone manufacturer in Korea, participated in the internship project at the suggestion of a senior internship agency.
The job of seniors is logistics management, including warehousing and organizing products, shipping domestic and foreign products, and inventory management.
Company S is very satisfied with the sincere and meticulous work performance of its seniors and the government’s support for labor costs, and is participating in the senior internship project.
