If you enter the card password by mistake more than three times, you will be restricted from using it.
There may be restrictions on the cancellation process if you have been canceling through the app or webpage within the past month. In this case, please try to cancel through the bank window or customer center phone (possible if you have not canceled within one year).
If there are cards in your possession that need to be unlocked, the app will indicate whether they are available or not.
Notes on clearing CVC error
If the CVC input is entered in error (continuous) more than five times, use is restricted.
In case of cancellation, mobile phone authentication (in your name) will be performed.
If you have canceled the app or webpage within the last month (about 30 days), it is impossible to proceed in the app and you can try to release it at intervals of about 30 days.
Only check/credit card (in your name) can be canceled, BC, family, prepayment, etc. may not be possible.
Likewise, if it is impossible to proceed with the cancellation in the app, please contact the customer center phone number or the counter to proceed.

△ Run the Shinhan Card app on your mobile phone and log in.
Select all menus on the right side of the home screen
△ Tap ≡ on the top right of the app screen to enter.
Select Error Clear from the My Information Management menu
△ From the All menu, touch My> Manage My Information> Clear Card Password and CVC Number Errors.
