If you visit the police station in person and apply, it will take about 15 days to receive it, not immediately on the day.You have to visit again to receive it, but if you pay extra, you can also receive it by registration.
2. Issue of driver’s license test site visit
The second method is to get it reissued at the Korea Expressway Transportation Corporation’s driver’s license test center.Unlike it takes about 15 days at the police station, it can be processed within 3 hours if you apply at the driver’s license test center.However, the disadvantage is that there are not many driver’s license test sites around the house or near the workplace.
Preparations for reissuance are possible with only “identification” and “reissuance fee of 8,000 won,” as issued by the police station.
3. Issuance of an application for integrated complaints (online) by the Korea Expressway Transportation Corporation

The last method is to enter the Korea Expressway Transportation Corporation’s integrated safe driving complaint and receive a reissue through an online application. The great advantage of applying online is that you can receive it anywhere you want after applying online without having to bother visiting the police station or driver’s license test center.
The necessary supplies for online application are 1. ID photo file 2. ID certificate (joint certificate available) ex) Kakao Pay certification 3. Fee KRW 8,000.The big difference from door-to-door issuance is that you need a photo of your ID that meets the standard.
