MY menu selection
To cancel a wave, first launch the wave app.
Select the “MY” menu located at the bottom right to enter member information.
Choose My Pass
In the member information, there are My Voucher, Coin/Coupon, Member Information Edit, and Quick Payment Card Management menu, including profile.
Automatic payment cancellation
In the subscription details, the usage start period and expiration period, purchase amount, download and payment method will appear, and an automatic payment cancellation button will appear below it.
Let’s continue to cancel the wave by clicking Cancel automatic payment.
Choose to cancel
After confirming the name of the license and the remaining period, click the Cancel button.
Choose to cancel one more time
If you click Cancel, Wave will offer you 10,000 coins to keep your subscription.
You can receive 10,000 coins and continue watching, or you can cancel.
(However, if you read the above article carefully, the coin expires after 32 days from the date of receipt, and you can apply for cancellation from the day after the coin expiration date.
Therefore, if you receive 10,000 coins now, you can cancel after 32 days, so you have to pay for two more months to cancel.)
