How to apply for welfare card for the disabled
There are two ways to apply for a disability welfare card.

2. Request to visit the community center
When applying online, the person with a disability who is registered as a disabled person must apply. To apply, visit the Welfare website, click Civil service application in Service application, and then click Issuance of welfare card for the disabled. In addition, since you can apply only if you have an official certificate (old certificate), if you do not have one, you can visit the relevant community center to obtain one.
If you have been certified with a public certificate, check the online application ID issued after completing the application at this time. Renewal of the disabled welfare card is carried out in the same way as issuance, so you will be able to do it without difficulty. For those who have difficulty applying online, visit the relevant community center and apply. After that, you must pick up your welfare card at the Eup, Myeon, or Dong community center, or you can receive it by registered mail.

How to reissue welfare card for the disabled
You can apply for reissuance of the disabled welfare card for reasons such as loss, damage, renewal, etc. However, new issuance of disability registration certificates, welfare cards, and youth registration certificates is restricted.
